App for SoundCloud App Reviews

I decided to take a chance and buy this app (at the time of this review, it has no other reviews) with no feedback from other users. There was another paid soundcloud app on the app store, but I’m glad I chose this one. The features are great, I love the choice between “modern”, “dock”, and “menubar” modes. I personally prefer the “modern” UI mode. Concerning performance, this app does use a little bit of memory, but that is to be expected with an app that constantly streams data. The combined CPU/Memory load caused by this app is noticeably lower than if I had sound cloud playing in a web browser with other tabs open etc. I know this app is new, and so there may be some bugs to work out (haven’t found any yet), but as a “heavy” music streaming user, I can strongly recommend this app to anyone who wants a desktop app for sound cloud. In my opinion, it is better than any other sound cloud mac OS X app currently available, and I have tried 3 total, including this one.

This application is essentially a browser window. Full of bugs,Its not an native app, don’t waste your money. Save yourself 2.99 . This application basically loads the standard Soundcloud HTML page exactly as you’d have it in a Safari/Chrome window. Totally pointless unless. I am looking for a UI similar to Spotify for listening to, organizing and searching for Soundcloud tracks. This app is not what I was looking for.
